Chef Driven

Menya is founded and led by JW Lee, a local Colorado chef. JW’s culinary career began early on in Korea where he spent time learning the ropes in many restaurants. After immigrating to the United States, JW utilized his skills and passion and has since opened over 20 restaurants.
